Recently I’ve been missing home quite a bit… The beach and the sun, my friends and my family. I miss San Diego a lot even though I left thinking it was a pretty frustrating place to live. But being in another country, so far from home and so polar opposite from the lie I’m used to really does make you understand what you had and find the gratitude you lacked.
My Pinterest account has been barking at me to reconnect some of my most popular posts since I no longer run my old studio, Studio Sequoia. So I’m taking a little time each day to put some of these images back up and they are making me a little homesick for romance on the beach. This couple in particular, Hannah and Joe, have consistently been one of my most popular. So when I dug up the old post this morning, I thought what the heck.
On my favorite little beach near Windansea, at high tide, with a couple that truly love each other and aren’t afraid to show it… that’s my goal for every session.
Ladies and Gents, Hannah and Joe.
Lord how I miss the Pacific Ocean, wildflowers and happy couples.
